The city of absolute Chaos...... Where the people are so friendly, beaming faces, delicious food, great shopping, and flying with one of the best crews to date!
I had two nights in Bangkok, where on the first we went out for a traditional Thai dinner and drinky-pooz until stupid o’clock. The second day is where we shopped, shopped and shopped! We went to MBK, a major shopping mall full of shoes, handbags and imitation designer wear. The clothes were not interesting me at this mall, but the jewellery and scarfs defiantly sucked me in! Oh, and the 3 pairs of sunnies, which i just had to have! We ate tepanyaki for lunch, which was one of the best tasting meals i have had in a very long time. It was brilliant! Every time i have Japanese it gets better and better. Salmon steak, rice, vegies, dumplings and miso soup.... delicious! Who wouldn’t love that???
From here we went to another mall called platinum, and this was even better. Next time i go to Bangkok, am going straight back there. The clothing was more funky, and there was more fashionable designs and cuts, not just plain tee’s with fake labels on the front, like in MBK – boring!
Once the funds had ran out, myself and David, a darling crew member whom i met on this trip, went for a traditional Thai massage! The walk back to the hotel took 10 times longer than on the way there, as we sleepily stumbled home!
